The college convened the job fair for the vocational graduates(hygiene), as start-up business and career fair of cooperation between college and companys.
On 19th, May, the job fair was hold successfully in our college which was sponsored by Guiyang Education Department and undertaken by our college and Guiyang Graduates' Employment Service Center. The educational inspector of Guizhou Education Department, Zhou Lianke, the director of the Service Center, Huang Jianjun，the secrectary of party committee of the college, Xie Hongsheng, the president, Zhong Chongfang, the vice-presidents, Mao Yuehua, Chai Zhongyuan, Sun Guobing, presented the opening meet. 124 companys from Shenzhen, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Hunan, Guizhou and 3 overseas studying agents joined the fair and provided 1400 positions to all of the 2000 fresh graduates.
The president Zhang said it's responsibility for the college and the whole society that let all of the students get a job. The college continues attaching importance to the graduates' employment. In addition, she has proposed the guide thought "whole member, full process, professional development, information work". What is more, the president also kept the working goal "serving for students to impel graduates' employment". And Zhang also said that the employment rate of the college has kept 96% every year in advance compared with others. In the 77 years history about the college, 50,000 students was trained for the country by our school, which are serving in different provinces. Indeed, there are many of them are working in USA, Singapore, UK, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Indonesia. With the development of Massive Health Progress, the medical career will have a better future. So, today's job fair is a plantform for fresh graduates going into the society. She hoped they could cherish the chance with a hard-working and dedicating heart to value the self-worth.
In the fair,the students went to the companys' booths to consult the salary, work environment, type of works with their resume. At the same time, every person in charge helped them to solve the problems. Finally, there were about 900 graduates achieved employment intention with different enployers.
Then, the college researched the graduates' ideology and morality, psychological quality, ability about team cooperation, knowledge level, grasp of basic skills, construction about professional knowledge, the ability to learn and fit, and the communication ability with questionaire. According to it, we can get that the satisfaction rate has reached 94%. As a result, many companys expressed that our college have a high educational quality and wanted to build a long-time cooperating ralation with us. And also the director in the hospital of Guizhou Medical University hoped the graduates could apply positively for their hospital, providing 170 employment positions to hire them.
This career fair has extended the employment environment and establish a wider plantform for students. After that, the college will improve the communication and cooperation with these companys , also still open the practicing way for our graduates with the purpose of doing well the employment service and enhancing the quality of employment.
