On the morning of October 25th, the opening ceremony of the second training class of Sino-Germany cooperation in elderly caring is held in our college. Many leaders and guests attend this ceremony, like XieHongsheng, party secretary of our college, Zhang Xueli, the deputy secretary general of Guiyang municipal government, Chen Fei, party secretary and director of Guiyang health and family planning committee, Chen Fan of Guizhou industry investment company, Pan Jing, deputy director general of Guiyang education bureau, Xie Yu, secretary general of Guiyang Federation of Social Science, He Ying, chief of the section of capability construction of Guiyang human resources and social security bureau, Zhou Jian, editor in chief of education weekly, Anja Kuhlenkamp, quality director and lecturer of German Renafan Company, Ulrike Petzold, deputy quality director and lecturer of German Renafan Company, GuoBingmeng, program manager of German Renafan Company, and Lu Rui, the German interpreter of this training class. Besides, 40 or so students and teachers from our college also attend this ceremony and they will be trained in the following days. This ceremony is hosted by vice president Mao Yuehua of our college.
On behalf our college, party secretary Xie Hongsheng gives a welcoming lecture. He first shows thanks to the International Cooperation Center of National Development and Reform Commission for its setting up of this Sino-Germany cooperation in elderly caring program and for its choosing of Guiyang as the pilot city. He also thanks Guiyang municipal government for its support and trust. This training class provides a good opportunity for our students and teachers to learn advanced knowledge and techniques in elderly caring from the German experts. He hopes the students and teachers who take part in this training can learn a lot from the experts and provide better caring for the old in the future and make contribution to the development of elderly caring course of Guiyang.
In this ceremony, Zhang Xueli, the deputy secretary general of Guiyang municipal government, points out that this training not only provides opportunity for teachers and students in our college to learn professional knowledge in elderly caring, but also plays an active role in the thriving of the elderly caring industry of Guiyang.
Then German expert Anja Kuhlenkamp gives a brief introduction of German Renafan Company and analyzes the aging problem and tendency in China. She also introduces German Renafan Company’s cooperation in China and the schedule of this training.
After the ceremony, the training begins. German experts Anja Kuhlenkam and Ulrike Petzold will conduct training in our college in the following five days.
